At HIGH5, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fuel; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can return unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Ship the Items

  Once approved, securely pack your items and send them back to our distribution center using the provided return label.

  Receive Your Refund

  After we inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
